The Frequently Asked Questions
Why did you choose Italy for your wedding?
Having a wedding in Italy has always been a dream for Zoe. With its romantic landscapes, rich history, and timeless beauty, it felt like the perfect place to celebrate such a meaningful moment. Since this is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, we thought—why not make it truly unforgettable?
What if I'm unable to attend the wedding?
While we will truly miss your presence, we completely understand that traveling abroad isn’t possible for everyone. Your love, support, and well wishes mean the world to us, whether you’re with us in Italy or celebrating from afar. We hope to celebrate together in some way, near or far—very soon.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code is formal attire. For more detailed guidance on what to wear, including style suggestions and fabric recommendations, please refer to “The Details” section in the website menu.
Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
Out of respect for the sacredness of the Catholic Mass ceremony, we kindly ask that no photos be taken during the service. However, feel free to take as many photos as you like afterward, when we celebrate and capture moments during the reception. We’ll also have a professional photographer to capture all the special memories!
Will there be an open bar?
Certain alcoholic beverages will be served during the aperitivo and dinner, with a selection of drinks offered throughout the meal. But after dinner, during dessert, an open bar will be available, offering a variety of liquors and cocktails to enjoy as the celebration continues.
Do I need to speak Italian to get around?
While knowing a bit of Italian can be helpful, most people in tourist areas speak English. The wedding planner also speaks English and will be available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay. You’ll find that many signs, menus, and transportation schedules are in English, so getting around will be easy!
Will there be transportation after the wedding?
Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided after the wedding. However, there are several taxi services and local transport options available for guests to return to their accommodations. We recommend arranging transportation ahead of time or using a ride-sharing app to ensure a smooth journey back.
Are children welcome at the wedding?
Yes, children are absolutely welcome! Since the wedding is taking place in Italy, we completely understand that many of you will be traveling as a family, and we don’t expect you to leave your little ones behind. We’ll do our best to make the day enjoyable for guests of all ages.
